Beth picking up her 2 year old ram prince like he is a child! Ridiculous!! Don’t be fooled into thinking he is a bit of a wuss though. He was first to father a lamb in 2015!

Bethan, Steve Banham and Charlotte Wright, along with Timmy, Rosie and Meadowbank Dream II on the first day of the Three Counties show 2015. These sheep attracted masses of attention to the Brewin Dolphin stand, and were the stars of the day! (Photo Charlotte Wright)
Daisy and a new born, (still wet even) Dotty. She is a real character and is very tame. She was a nightmare lamb though as was always wondering off. Her mother spent all day just looking for her.
One of our rams Vern. Here he is grazing the annex lawn and has spent most of the day looking at himself in the patio doors. They can graze anywhere and don’t make a mess of the ground because they are so light.
Georgia and Beth in with the in lamb ewes that are housed ready to lamb. Don’t be fooled by their size, the Ouessant is a very hardy breed of sheep and does not need to be housed to lamb, we just find it easier.
Georgia and Beth fussing two of the in lamb ewes. Our sheep are very steady, with some being very much pets!
Beth’s favourite ewe, Princess. These sheep have endless charisma and enormous personalities, they make such wonderful pets!
Cheeky baby Dotty chewing Beth’s nails! Our lambs are so inquisitive and are so easy to get tame, they just love attention!
The Meadowbank flock! Alongside our pedigree Ouessants we also have some Shetland Ewe’s which are slightly bigger, creating a more productive meat lamb.
Feeding time in the lamb paddock! As soon as they see us they come running, making lots of very excitable noises!
The rams Vern(Black) and Henry(White) enjoying the summer sun with the ponies! Our rams co-exist very happily together and alongside the horses and our chickens! The Ouessants have such steady temperaments very little upsets them!
Baby ram lamb Bruno having some cuddles! Bruno was our first lamb born, who we’ve now kept to work next year.
